This is the WD0AKX 10 meter ham radio beacon transmitter on 28.2235 Mhz running around one half watt power output from Albert Lea, MN. The camera used is a Kodak Zi8 in 720p at 30 fps.

This is a video of the Lindsay/Gingery coil winder that I built a ways back. It makes nice universal wound coils as well as solenoids. It is basically the Morris coil winder that was popular in the early years of radio.
